Portable air compressor stuffing pump

GX air compressor stuffing pump supplies possesses distinguishing features of light weight, low voice, small, dynamic and simple portability. This air compressor stuffing pump changes the traditional design concept with long life, low service rate and no vibration, specially the 68 decibel (dB)working noise is much lower than the standard approval of ISO3746,

The product adopts the special (lubricating) grease of American ODAKAG series foods to make sure the gas was without any toxic substance, and the gas could be applied to high-pressure gas loading of diving, fire-fighting, leakage checking of valves, generating plant, petrochemical industry and etc, and this product also  forms a solid basis for the railcar promotion and popularization.

Installation testing

  Important: Compressor must work with enough cooling water in the plastic tank (The normal temperature water is fine, if the temperature of water become very hot during the inflating progress, you could add some ice cube into tank ), or the machine will be damaged.

1,Please read the instruction carefully after opening of the box, and check whether each item is in good condition according to the standard items mentioned in the instruction.

2,To install each part in accordance with Fig.1.

3,Put the cooling water into the tank fully as shown by the arrow, and the water should be purified water or antifreeze for superior automobile.

4,Switch on, and check the power light and other electrical appliance is working properly, (all are qualified when tested at the time of shipping out of factory) and make sure that toggle switch is toggled to the auto direction, and open the vent valve.

5,Test the pressure, high pressure vent (at the quick layup) is installed with one test choke plug, and switch on, check again whether the stream is free-flowing, the voice is normal, and close the vent valve, the pressure will rise, the machine will be automatically stopped after about 35 seconds, the pressure is 20mpa, and keep the pressure for about 3 minutes, and then check whether there is any leakage from the pressure gauge.

          

Notes for Use

1,Environment for use, the machine shall be put on ground and kept for flat to avoid the flow of antifreeze. The machine should not be operated in the dusty, crowed, rainy environment. If the temperature is over than 30°C and the machine is continuously operated more than one hour, please put the ice into the water to reduce the temperature. When the temperature is lower than 4°C, please open the vent first and run for about 5 minutes, and operate until the lubrication system is working well. When you are using this machine to charge bottles over 6L, please use the outside vat for water cooling.

2,Must check whether the water in the water tank is sufficient and add the water in time, the water flow is normal and overflow when running the machine every time.

3,The designed ideal upper limit of pressure shall be around 22mpa, the machine would be automatically shut off when the pressure reaches 20mpa, the output pressure is not recommended to surpass 25mpa, because it may cause danger and brokerage of the machine, please use this machine after making sure the machine is totally safe.

4,Please open the vent (no need too much, it would be OK if the water is discharging)when the operating time is over 30 minutes. Please discharge the water in the filter to guarantee the air is clean. Check the temperature of the water is over the limit and the voice is normal regularly. (When the machine is operating more than one (1) hour, there would probablely “tap-tap” sound, it is normal) 

5,Please firstly shut off the valves of the receptacle and open the vent on the machine to discharge the reluctant gas, after that unload the quick coupling, and finally unplug the power cord after charging the air. Please discharge the cooling water in the water tank the machine if the machine is not operating so long. The cleaning media should be put into the cooling water when the machine is operated around 400 hours, and the cooling water should be changed after operating the machine for 600 hours.

6,Lubricating maintenance, the machine adopts cycloidal reducer, and the lubricants should be added or changed after the machine is operated for more than 2 years. The appointed grease lubricant should be put into steam-cylinder piston at regular intervals.

Common fault and removal method

1,The pressure could only be lower than 6-7mpa, or the fuse is always burn-out, the machine is felt very heavy.

Causes:Level 4 compressing piston or retaining valve is not working properly, mainly because of the problem of cooling water system.

Resolvents: Change the high pressure piston or cleaning the high pressure retaining valve, and cleaning the cooling system to make sure the water flow is free, or contact the after sales service of the producer.

2,The pressure cannot be reach (There is no indication of pressure gauge) or there would be only quite a little gas could be gathered for a long time.

Causes: Level 2 piston is not working or level 2 cylinder was worn down.

Resolvents:

1.Disconnect the particulate filter of level 1 intake charge, disconnect the high pressure pipe before the filter, and inverse the machine , and put about 30ml warm water from the holes of particulate filter, and inverse the machine and use the high pressure water to flush the level 2 piston, repeat for 4-5 times until the machine is back to normal.

2. Contact the after sales service of the producer.

3,After using the machine for some time, the voice of the machine is abnormal, ”tap-tap” voice is higher, and machine is felt heavy, and it could work up to 20 mpa.

Causes:

1. The oil in the cycloidal reducer is reducing, the noise cannot be covered, or the wheel face friction is serious.

2. Scuffing of cylinder bore happened in the air compressor system.

Resolvents:

1. Put enough lubricants into the cycloidal reducer or put cellosilk under the guidance of the after sales people to reduce the space between pin and wheel of the positive speed gearbox

2. Disconnect the air compressor system of Level 4, and find the problems and contact the after sales people for better solution.
